Official Cona reseller in France since september 2005, and the only one to offer such a large choice of spare parts, the Cona.fr website allows you to order all spare parts that are still made by the Cona company.
There's no problem to ship these products anywhere in the world, the packages are tough and resistant. No shipped piece has so far been damaged.
You can also order some used spare parts for "old model" Cona brewers or for Hellem brewers, a french company that now longer exists, but from which I can still find sometimes complete brewers.

You're more than welcome to send me an email for any specific request about the operation of these brewers or if you're looking for spare parts not currently available on the website. I regularly find "new" spare parts that may help you completing your brewer.
